Bloei & Groei zoekt een Penningmeester Vacature: Penningmeester gezocht voor Bloei & Groei Amsterdam Bloei & Groei (Stg Creating Edges) bevindt zich in een belangrijke ontwikkelfase. Na jaren van pionieren en groeien ligt de focus nu op het versterken van onze organisatie, financiële stabiliteit en het duurzaam voortzetten van onze programma's. We zoeken een betrokken en financieel deskundige penningmeester die samen met het bestuur en de werkorganisatie wil bouwen aan een gezonde financiële basis. Wat ga je doen? - Denkt samen met het bestuur mee over de koers en de financiële gezondheid van Bloei & Groei. - Houdt zicht op de inkomsten, uitgaven, liquiditeit en financiële risico's. - Bekijkt begrotingen, kwartaalrapportages en jaarrekeningen en helpt het bestuur om goede financiële keuzes te maken. - Denkt mee over een gezonde financiële basis, met een goede mix van subsidies, fondsen, eigen inkomsten en meerjarige steun. - Is een betrokken en kritische sparringpartner voor het team, bijvoorbeeld bij nieuwe plannen en financiële vraagstukken. - Houdt contact met de financiële administratie en ziet erop toe dat betalingen en financiële afspraken goed geregeld zijn. - Neemt deel aan minimaal vier bestuursvergaderingen per jaar en is waar nodig beschikbaar voor tussentijds overleg. Wie zoeken we: Iemand met financiële deskundigheid en bestuurlijk inzicht, die zich betrokken voelt bij de maatschappelijke missie van Bloei & Groei. Je kunt cijfers vertalen naar heldere keuzes, durft kritische vragen te stellen en denkt graag mee over oplossingen. Ervaring met financiële sturing, begrotingen en financiering binnen maatschappelijke organisaties, stichtingen of sociaal ondernemerschap is een pré. Je begrijpt dat een organisatie in ontwikkeling zowel financiële discipline als ruimte voor ondernemerschap nodig heeft. Wat bieden we jou?
