Penningmeester BESTUUR BELFELDIA WAT GA JE DOEN? ➢ Het financiële overzicht van Belfeldia bewaken. ➢ Meedenken over financieel beleid en de begroting. ➢ Aandacht houden voor contributies en inning. ➢ Financiële aspecten rondom leveranciers, subsidies en fondsen bewaken. ➢ Samen met het bestuur financiële risico's bewaken. ➢ Afstemmen met en ondersteunen van de kascommissie. ➢ Meedenken over de financiële kant van de kantine-exploitatie. WIE ZOEKEN WE? ➢ Iemand die zorgvuldig en gestructureerd werkt. ➢ Iemand die overzicht kan houden. ➢ Affiniteit met cijfers en financiële zaken is belangrijk. ➢ Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken binnen het bestuur. ➢ Financiële ervaring is natuurlijk mooi meegenomen maar geen vereiste; belangrijk is vooral dat jij je de financiële zaken van Belfeldia eigen wilt maken. WAT BIEDEN WE? Een belangrijke bestuursrol waarin je er niet alleen voor staat. Financiële processen zijn ingericht en daardoor kan de structurele tijdsbesteding beperkt en overzichtelijk blijven. Gelukkig zijn veel zaken binnen onze financiële administratie al goed geregeld. We zoeken daarom een penningmeester die vooral het financiële overzicht bewaakt, samen met het bestuur vooruitkijkt en ervoor zorgt dat wat goed geregeld is, ook goed geregeld blijft. Geen functie waarbij je iedere week urenlang met de boekhouding bezig hoeft te zijn, maar een belangrijke bestuursrol met een overzichtelijke en zoveel mogelijk efficiënte werkwijze.
