Voetbalvereniging VOP in Amersfoort-Vathorst is op zoek naar een betrokken penningmeester die ons bestuur komt versterken. Als penningmeester zorg je ervoor dat onze vereniging financieel gezond blijft en dat de financiële administratie goed geregeld is. Je speelt een belangrijke rol achter de schermen en denkt actief mee over de toekomst van onze vereniging. Samen met je medebestuursleden en de verschillende commissies draag je bij aan een vereniging waar leden, vrijwilligers en supporters met plezier samenkomen. Wat ga je doen als penningmeester? Als penningmeester ben je verantwoordelijk voor het financiële beheer van vv VOP. Je houdt overzicht over de inkomsten en uitgaven, bewaakt de begroting en adviseert het bestuur over financiële vraagstukken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Financieel beheer: je beheert de geldmiddelen van de vereniging en verzorgt de administratie van alle inkomsten en uitgaven. - Begroting en verantwoording: je stelt de jaarlijkse begroting op en brengt tijdens de algemene ledenvergadering (ALV) verslag uit over de financiële situatie. - Contributies en inkomsten: je zorgt voor de inning van contributies, sponsorinkomsten en overige inkomsten. - Financiële reserves: je beheert eventuele reserves volgens de afspraken en besluiten van de vereniging. - Controle en transparantie: je geeft de kascommissie toegang tot de benodigde financiële stukken en verstrekt de gewenste informatie. - Beleidsontwikkeling: je denkt binnen het bestuur mee over het verenigingsbeleid en geeft advi...
