Vrijburg Vrijzinnig Centrum Amsterdam Vrijzinnig Centrum Amsterdam door Bestuur Vrijburg Wat ga je doen? Als penningmeester van de Remonstrantse Gemeente Amsterdam en tevens de Remonstrantse Diaconie Amsterdam ben je het financiële geweten van onze gemeente. Je hoeft gelukkig niet zelf met bonnetjes te schuiven of de boekhouding in te voeren; dat doet het administratiekantoor (KKA) voor ons. Jij houdt de helikopterview, bewaakt de budgetten en adviseert het bestuur over de financiële koers. Jouw belangrijkste taken: - Financieel toezicht: Je controleert de periodieke overzichten die door KKA worden opgesteld. Als ook de jaarrekening die ofwel door KKA of de accountant wordt gemaakt. - Betalingen en budget: Je accordeert facturen en bewaakt de opgestelde begroting. - Meedenken over Vastgoed: Je beoordeelt (samen met de bouwcommissie) offertes voor onderhoud aan ons kerkgebouw en inventaris. - Beheer van bijzondere baten: Je bent betrokken bij het proces rondom legaten, testamenten en schenkingen (vaak in contact met de notaris). - Bestuurlijke bijdrage: Je denkt mee over het algemene beleid samen met het bestuur van onze gemeente en vertaalt plannen naar financiële haalbaarheid. Wie zoeken wij? - Je hebt affiniteit met financiën en cijfers. - Je kunt financiële cijfers vertalen naar een begrijpelijk verhaal voor de Algemene Ledenvergadering. In voorbereiding hierop heb je overleg met KKA en de accountant voor het opstellen van de jaarrekeningen. - Je bent betrokken bij de koers van Vrijburg/Remonstranten en de Diaconie. - Eenmaal per maand vergadert het bestuur van Vrijburg/Remonstranten. Drie tot vier keer per jaar de Diaconie. Tweemaal per jaar is de Algemene Vergadering van de Remonstranten in Utrecht alwaar je samen met de voorzitter gevraagd wordt aanwezig te zijn. En aan het begin van het nieuwe boekjaar brengen we samen met de voorzitter van de Diaconie een bezoek aan onze contactpersoon van de ABN Amro inzake de beleggin...
