Je zorgt voor overzicht, inzicht en stabiliteit, zodat het bestuur goede en verantwoorde keuzes kan maken voor de toekomst van de vereniging. Tijdsbesteding Gemiddeld enkele uren per week . Rondom de begroting, jaarrekening en algemene ledenvergadering kan dit tijdelijk wat meer zijn. Wat ga je precies doen? In deze rol beheer je de financiële administratie van de vereniging en ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner binnen het bestuur op financieel gebied. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Beheren van de financiële administratie van de vereniging. - Opstellen en bewaken van de begroting en jaarrekening. - Verzorgen van betalingen en verwerken van inkomsten zoals contributies en facturen. - Monitoren van liquiditeit en financiële risico's. - Periodiek rapporteren aan het bestuur over de financiële stand van zaken. - Voorbereiden van financiële stukken voor de algemene ledenvergadering. - Begeleiden van de kascommissie en opvolgen van adviezen. - Meedenken over financieel beleid, investeringen en sponsoring.//li> - Toezien op naleving van financiële afspraken en procedures. Je werkt nauw samen met de voorzitter, andere bestuursleden en de kascommissie en draagt bij aan een financieel gezonde en toekomstbestendige vereniging. - Een verantwoordelijke en gewaardeerde rol binnen de club. - Inzicht en invloed op de financiële koers van de vereniging. - Samenwerking binnen een betrokken en professioneel bestuur. - e kans om bij te dragen aan een stabiele toekomst voor TPC Maaspoort.
