Zowel onze leidingteams, bestuursleden als de diverse ondersteunende teams zetten zich 100% vrijwillig in voor onze mooie vereniging en stichting. Clubhuis vanaf de oprijlaan met botenloods Penningmeester - Vereniging Scouting Arrowe zoekt een nieuwe Penningmeester voor de vereniging! Wil jij een onmisbare rol spelen in het kloppende hart van onze scoutinggroep en ervoor zorgen dat alle opkomsten en kampen financieel op rolletjes lopen? Waar de stichting het gebouw en de boten beheert, draait de vereniging puur om het scoutingspel: de wekelijkse opkomsten, de leiding, de kampen en alle jeugdleden. Voor deze dagelijkse gang van zaken zoeken we een financieel kloppend hart. Jouw taken vallen onder deze vier kerngebieden: Dagelijkse Financiën & Contributie - Contributiebeheer: Je int de contributie (gekoppeld aan Scouts Online) en volgt eventuele betalingsachterstanden op. - Betalingsverkeer: Je beheert de bankrekening(en) van de vereniging en betaalt declaraties voor wekelijks spelmateriaal en insignes. Begroting & Financiële Verantwoording - Jaarbegroting opstellen: Samen met het verenigingsbestuur maak je het budget voor het komende seizoen en verdeel je dit over de verschillende speltakken. Je maakt de jaarrekening op en presenteert deze op de algemene ledenvergadering. - Afstemming Stichting: Je schakelt periodiek met de penningmeester van de stichting over gedeelde kosten of onderlinge afdrachten. Kampen & Activiteiten - Kampbudgetten: Je controleert en accordeert de kampbegrotingen die de leidingteams maken voor hun weekend- en zomerkampen. - Voorschotten en afrekeningen: Je zet kampvoorschotten klaar en controleert na afloop de bonnetjes en de eindafrekening. Acties & Subsidies - Coördinatie inkomsten: Je verzorgt de financiële afhandeling van groepsacties zoals de Grote Clubactie en Rabo Clubsupport - Subsidieaanvragen...
