Ben jij goed met geld en wil je meehelpen om onze club gezond te houden? Als bestuurslid zorg je ervoor dat de club financieel op orde is en denk je mee over de toekomst. Jouw rol Als penningmeester let je op het geld van de club, van de stichting Capelse Golf en de stichting tot Exploitatie van de Capelse Golfbaan. Je zorgt dat alles klopt en helpt het bestuur met adviezen. Je maakt cijfers duidelijk voor de andere bestuursleden. Je werkt samen met de boekhoudkundige medewerker die de administratie bijhoudt. Samen zorgen jullie dat alles netjes en duidelijk is voor het bestuur. Wat ga je doen? - Zorgen dat het financiële beleid goed blijft en verbeteren waar nodig - Begrotingen, jaarrekeningen en financiële rapporten maken - Kansen en risico's ontdekken door cijfers te bekijken - Contact houden met bijvoorbeeld de bank - Betalingen goedkeuren en financiële processen controleren - Belastingaangifte doen en subsidies aanvragen - Rapporteren aan het bestuur en leden - De administratie organiseren en ondersteunen - Samenwerken met de kascommissie Wat breng je mee? - Ervaring met financiën (bijvoorbeeld economie, accountancy of controlling) - Je kunt strategisch denken en snapt hoe een bestuur werkt - Je hebt ervaring met financiële processen en liefst ook met digitalisering - Je kunt op hoofdlijnen sturen, maar let ook op details - Je vindt golf leuk en houdt van het verenigingsleven Wie ben jij?
