Vanuit De Nieuwe Stad organiseren we concerten, dance, talentontwikkeling en andere activiteiten rondom popcultuur. We bieden ruimte aan zowel gevestigde artiesten als nieuw en lokaal talent. Heb jij financiële kennis, affiniteit met cultuur en wil je bijdragen aan de toekomst van een bruisend poppodium? Dan zoeken we jou! Penningmeester 6 vergaderingen per jaar Als penningmeester van de Raad van Toezicht houd je vanuit jouw financiële expertise toezicht op de financiële gezondheid en continuïteit van FLUOR. Je bent een betrokken en kritische gesprekspartner voor de directeur-bestuurder en de andere leden van de Raad van Toezicht. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het beoordelen van begrotingen, financiële rapportages en de jaarrekening; - het signaleren en bespreken van financiële risico's en ontwikkelingen; - het adviseren van de Raad van Toezicht en directeur-bestuurder over financiële vraagstukken; - het vanuit jouw expertise meedenken over de financiële toekomst van FLUOR; We zoeken iemand die: - aantoonbare financiële kennis en ervaring heeft; - goed overweg kan met begrotingen en financiële rapportages; - onafhankelijk en kritisch kan adviseren; - affiniteit heeft met cultuur en popmuziek; - voldoende tijd heeft om de rol goed te vervullen. Ervaring binnen de culturele of non-profitsector is een pre. Wat bieden we? Een betrokken toezichthoudende rol bij een eigenzinnig poppodium in Amersfoort.
