Penningmeester (toezichthoudend) - Cultura Venray Cultura Venray speelt een centrale rol in het culturele ecosysteem van de gemeente Venray.Als netwerkorganisatie verbinden wij makers, instellingen en initiatieven en werken we aaneen toekomstbestendig kunst- en cultuurklimaat. Om die rol financieel stevig en professioneel te blijven vervullen, zoeken wij eentoezichthoudend penningmeester voor ons one-tier board. De rolAls penningmeester maak je deel uit van het bestuur, waarin uitvoerende en niet-uitvoerende bestuurders samenwerken. Je rol is primair toezichthoudend, met specifiekeaandacht voor financiële continuïteit, governance en bedrijfsvoering. Je houdt toezicht op het financiële beleid, beoordeelt begrotingen, (meerjaren)ramingen enjaarrekening en signaleert financiële risico's. Je ziet toe op naleving van relevante wet- enregelgeving en adviseert het bestuur vanuit financieel perspectief bij strategische keuzes. In het kader van verdere professionalisering denk je op hoofdlijnen mee over de inrichtingen het zorgvuldig gebruik van digitale samenwerkingsomgevingen (Microsoft 365). Wie zoeken wij?WijWij zoeken een kandidaat die: beschikt over kennis en/of ervaring op financieel, economisch of bedrijfsmatig gebied;bestuurlijke verhoudingen begrijpt en analytisch scherp is;zorgvuldig en onafhankelijk kan oordelen;affiniteit heeft met kunst, cultuur en maatschappelijke organisaties;zich vrijwillig wil inzetten (circa 6 à 8 vergaderingen per jaar).
