- Werken bij YoungCapital - - Jouw profiel Pensioenspecialist gezocht TKP Pensioen in Groningen Als pensioenspecialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de frontoffice werkzaamheden voor een pensioenketen van TKP in Groningen Wat ga je doen? Jij zorgt ervoor dat de frontoffice werkzaamheden van de pensioenfondsen correct worden uitgevoerd. Van telefonische cases tot mail en ander vormen van communiceren. Gesprekken waarmee TKP pensioen easy willen maken. Als pensioenspecialist bij TKP in Groningen ben je samen met jouw team verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen van telefonische cases en mail. Op deze afdeling van TKP werken de teams keihard om de ouput van het bedrijf te optimaliseren. Het is belangrijk dat dit met zorgvuldigheid en nauwkeurig gebeurd. Bij deze functie werk je deels thuis en deels op het hoofdkantoor van TKP in Groningen. In deze functie heb je een onboardingsperiode van een aantal maanden waarin je wordt opgeleid tot Frontoffice pensioenspecialist, dit betekent dat je je met beide bovenstaande stromen zelfstandig bezig kan houden. In deze functie verwachten we van jou dat je: - Pensioen zo makkelijk mogelijk overbrengen richting de klanten; - Een succesvolle bijdrage levert aan het creëren, beheren van communicatie naar de pensioenfondsen en de deelnemers daarvan; - Optimale communicatie via de mail en telefoon; - Een goede relatie met je stakeholders onderhoudt. Dankzij jouw zorgvuldigheid, stressbestendigheid en flexibele houding help je mee aan effectieve communicatie van de klanten van TKP Pensioen in Groningen.
