Start dan als Pensioenspecialist bij BeFrank in Hoofddorp en werk aan pensioencontracten en de WTP-transitie. Wat ga je doen? Als Pensioenspecialist bij BeFrank in Hoofddorp zorg je ervoor dat pensioenregelingen inhoudelijk en administratief goed worden ingericht. Je bent betrokken bij collectieve pensioencontracten en speelt een belangrijke rol in de overgang naar het nieuwe pensioenstelsel. Een groot onderdeel van je werk is de WTP-transitie. Je helpt bestaande pensioenregelingen om te zetten naar nieuwe regelingen en controleert of alle gegevens, berekeningen en documenten correct zijn verwerkt. Daarbij kijk je onder andere naar premies, risicodekkingen, administratiekosten en beheerkosten. Ook aan de voorkant van het proces draag je bij. Je werkt aan offertes en verlengingsvoorstellen en denkt mee over pensioenoplossingen die aansluiten bij de wensen van klanten. De bijbehorende juridische documentatie stel je op en controleer je zorgvuldig. Je hebt daarbij veel contact met collega's binnen verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie. Zo werk je samen met Sales, Juridische Zaken, Implementatie en Operations om ervoor te zorgen dat pensioenregelingen goed van aanvraag tot uitvoering worden begeleid. Je werkt minimaal 32 uur per week. De eerste maand werk je volledig op kantoor in Hoofddorp. Zo krijg je de ruimte om BeFrank, je collega's en de werkzaamheden goed te leren kennen. Daarna kun je hybride werken. Kortom: een inhoudelijke functie voor iemand die graag met pensioenregelingen werkt, nauwkeurig is en zich verder wil verdiepen in de nieuwe pensioenwereld.
