Bestuurssecretaris Pensioenfonds KLM Cabinepersoneel - Selectie gemaakt - Selectie gemaakt Functieomschrijving Pensioenfonds KLM Cabinepersoneel (Amstelveen) heeft recent een eigen bestuursbureau opgericht. Dat brengt volop uitdagingen met zich mee. Een belangrijke rol is weggelegd voor een bestuurssecretaris. In deze functie ondersteun en begeleid je o.a. het Niet Uitvoerend Bestuur (NUB) bij zijn intern toezichthoudende rol. Deze Niet-Uitvoerende Bestuursleden (NUB-ers) bekleden veelal binnen KLM ook andere functies, zodat professionele ondersteuning cruciaal is. De functie vereist een hoge mate van discretie, organisatorisch talent en kennis van of ervaring met de taken en verantwoordelijkheden van het intern toezicht; bij voorkeur binnen de pensioensector. Senioriteit op dit gebied is gewenst. Je ontzorgt, coördineert en structureert als bestuurssecretaris de processen van de NUB-ers om toe te zien op een beheerste en integere bedrijfsvoering. Belangrijk onderdeel hiervan vormt het (mede) opstellen en begeleiden van de jaarlijkse toezichtsplan en -rapportage en het bewaken van deadlines. Je bent aanwezig bij de overleggen van de NUB en het verantwoordingsorgaan en participeert in de overleggen. Je ondersteunt de NUB-ers en het verantwoordingsorgaan bij vergaderingen door o.a. het bewaken van de planning en de penvoering van vergaderstukken. Tevens voer je taken uit ten behoeve van de ondersteuning van de UB-ers, met name voor de Uitvoerend Bestuurder Pensioen, Communicatie en Governance. Dit is een functie waarin je kritisch bent op het eigen werk en met tact te werk gaat binnen het brede speelveld van collega's en belanghebbenden. Naast een uitstekend gevoel voor taal en tekst beschik je over het vermogen complexe materie en documenten in context te plaatsen. Je bent een natuurlijke gesprekspartner voor het bestuur (UB en NUB, met nadruk op NUB en afstemming met de voorzitter), het verantwoordingsorgaan, de collega bestuur...
