Lid Raad van Toezicht SPW - beleggingsbeleid inclusief duurzaamheid - Selectie gemaakt - Selectie gemaakt Functieomschrijving Voor Stichting Pensioenfonds voor de Woningcorporaties (SPW) zoeken wij een lid Raad van Toezicht met als specifiek aandachtsgebied beleggingsbeleid, inclusief duurzaamheid. Hieronder wordt op hoofdlijnen verstaan: - inzicht in de organisatie van pensioenfondsen en kennis van de actuele relevante wet- en regelgeving waaronder Wtp; - inzicht in portefeuilletheorieën, asset & liability management; balansmanagement en algemene beleggingsbeginselen; - inzicht in en ervaring met financiële en beleggingsmarkten; - inzicht in financiële producten & instrumenten en daarvan afgeleide producten (derivaten); - ervaring met financieel toezicht; - ervaring met beleggingscommissies en/of externe beleggingsadviseurs; - beoordelen van resultaten, performancemetingen en financiële ratio's en kengetallen; - ervaring en kennis van uitbestedingsprocessen, in het bijzonder met vermogensbeheer. Met ruim 79.000 deelnemers en een belegd vermogen van ongeveer € 15 miljard behoort SPW tot de top 20 grootste pensioenfondsen in Nederland. Per 1 januari jl. is SPW overgestapt op de solidaire premieregeling. Voor geïnteresseerde kandidaten is een uitgebreide profielschets beschikbaar. Qua tijdsbeslag wordt een lid van de RvT van SPW geacht een halve dag per week te besteden aan het fonds. Dit betreft onder meer deelname aan vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten. Kandidaten kunnen tot en met 5 juni hun interesse kenbaar maken. De procedure kent een korte doorlooptijd vanwege de beoogde startdatum per 1 augustus of 1 september. Er wordt gestreefd naar een diverse samenstelling van de Raad van Toezicht op basis van geslacht en leeftijd.
