Gezocht wordt een stevige en onafhankelijk denkende Sleutelfunctiehouder Interne Audit met aantoonbare ervaring op dit gebied. Bij voorkeur met ervaring als sleutelfunctiehouder. De Sleutelfunctiehouder Interne Audit vormt de derde lijn en geeft een onafhankelijk oordeel over het ontwerp en de effectiviteit van het proces van risicobeheersing, inclusief de beoordeling van de risicobeheersing door de eerste en tweede lijn. Hij, bij voorkeur zij, evalueert periodiek of de interne controlemechanismen en andere procedures en maatregelen ter waarborging van de beheerste en integere bedrijfsvoering adequaat en doeltreffend zijn; dit met inbegrip van uitbestede werkzaamheden. Forvis Mazars fungeert als sleutelfunctievervuller interne audit. Geschikte kandidaten beschikken over: • Academisch werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met een afgeronde opleiding die voldoet aan de beroepsregels van NOREA, SVRO of IIA. • Meerjarige specialistische ervaring op het gebied van Interne Audit en volgen actief en aantoonbaar de ontwikkelingen op dit gebied. • Een pragmatische instelling. • Gemiddeld een halve dag per week tijd voor de invulling van deze functie. Om de onafhankelijkheid en statuur van de houder van de sleutelfunctie Interne Audit te waarborgen, wordt de Sleutelfunctiehouder Interne Audit als medebeleidsbepaler aangemerkt en wordt deze ter toetsing aan DNB voorgedragen.
