Job Description In unserem Philips People Service (PPS) Team besetzen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt eine Position im Bereich Lohnverrechnung & Administration (Teilzeit, 20 Std./Woche).

Du möchtest eigenverantwortlich arbeiten, bringst fundiertes Payroll-Know-how mit und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Dein Job:

* Selbständige Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung für rund 260 Mitarbeiter:innen (Arbeiter:innen im Schichtbetrieb & Angestellte im KV der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie)

* Abwicklung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Tätigkeiten bei Ein- und Austritten

* Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalakten sowie Stammdaten in Workday

* Verantwortung für Zeitwirtschaft, Exekutionsverwaltung sowie das Case Management System

* Erstellung von monatlichen und jährlichen Kennzahlen sowie Mitarbeit bei Reports

* Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen inkl. Budgetierung und Abgrenzungen

* Ansprechpartner:in für Führungskräfte sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem PPS Team in Wien und Polen

Folgendes solltest du mitbringen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK)

* Abgeschlossene Personalverrechnerprüfung (Buchhalterprüfung von Vorteil)

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lohnverrechnung

* Sehr gute MS-Excel-/Access-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit SAP/HR

* Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft

* Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) für die internationale Zusammenarbeit

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt jährlich € 62.609,54/brutto (Vollzeit) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Das tatsächliche Jahreszieleinkommen ist marktkonform und wird abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung festgelegt.
