People Operations Specialist Amsterdam Als People Operations Specialist bij Brenger ben jij degene die zorgt dat alles rondom People soepel draait. Van een warm welkom op iemands eerste werkdag tot recruitment, payroll en slimme People-processen: jij houdt het overzicht, regelt wat nodig is en ziet waar het beter kan. Je staat dicht bij het team en onze managers, krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en hebt volop ruimte om onze People Operations/HR verder te professionaliseren. En omdat geen dag hetzelfde is, schakel je makkelijk tussen een vraag van een collega, een nieuwe hire, een recruitment proces en het organiseren van de volgende teamactiviteit. Over Brenger Bij Brenger werken we aan een slimmere en duurzamere manier van transport. Ons platform benut lege ruimte in de busjes van professionele koeriers om grote spullen efficiënt en betaalbaar te vervoeren. Daarmee besparen klanten op transportkosten, verdienen koeriers meer aan routes die ze toch al rijden en verminderen we onnodige CO₂-uitstoot. Win, win, win. Wat ga je doen? In deze brede rol ben jij een belangrijke spil binnen Brenger. Je houdt onze dagelijkse People Operations draaiende en kijkt tegelijkertijd continu hoe dingen slimmer, makkelijker en beter kunnen. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor het team en managers bij People vragen - zorgt voor een soepele employee journey, van onboarding en contractwijzigingen tot offboarding - recruitment coördineert en samen met hiring managers zorgt voor een fijne kandidaat ervaring - personeelsdossiers, documentatie en People-administratie zorgvuldig op orde houdt - onze People-processen en employee experience continu verbetert - ons HRIS (HiBob) en andere People-systemen beheert én slimmer inzet - payroll-input en processen rondom ziekteverzuim, UWV en Arbodienst coördineert - ervoor zorgt dat ons kantoor een fijne, goed georganiseerde plek is om te werken - teamactiviteiten en even...
