We groeien hard, in Nederland én daarbuiten. Ons team groeit mee en daarmee wordt een goede People-organisatie steeds belangrijker. Daarom zoeken we een People Operations Specialist . Iemand die ervoor zorgt dat alles rondom onze medewerkers goed geregeld is. Van contracten en payroll tot onboarding, HR-systemen en policies. Je houdt van structuur, werkt nauwkeurig en ziet snel waar dingen slimmer of beter kunnen. We zijn een scale-up, dus je komt niet terecht in een omgeving waar alles al tot in detail is uitgedacht. Juist niet. Je helpt ons om de People-processen en systemen te bouwen die we nodig hebben om van ongeveer 60 naar 200 medewerkers te groeien. Wat ga je doen? Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor een groot deel van onze dagelijkse People Operations. Je zorgt dat zaken goed geregeld zijn voor medewerkers en managers, maar kijkt tegelijkertijd hoe we processen slimmer, eenvoudiger en schaalbaarder kunnen maken. Je zorgt dat onze People-administratie klopt Je maakt arbeidsovereenkomsten en andere HR-documenten, houdt personeelsgegevens up-to-date en zorgt dat wijzigingen correct worden verwerkt. Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt dat informatie makkelijk terug te vinden is. Je coördineert payroll en arbeidsvoorwaarden Je verzamelt en controleert de maandelijkse payrollmutaties en werkt samen met onze salarisadministrateur. Ook help je bij vragen over salaris, vakantiegeld, pensioen, verlof en andere arbeidsvoorwaarden. Je maakt onboarding en offboarding soepel Je zorgt dat nieuwe collega's goed kunnen starten en dat alles achter de schermen geregeld is.
