Beschrijving Ga aan de slag als Medewerker Kwaliteitscontrole Retouren tv en parcel in Etten-Leur! Controleer en verwerk geretourneerde televisies. Solliciteer direct! Wat ga je doen? Je onderzoekt geretourneerde televisies, controleert of ze nog goed werken en zorgt ervoor dat ieder product de juiste beoordeling krijgt. In deze functie combineer je praktisch werk met het gebruik van een computersysteem. Je krijgt duidelijke richtlijnen om mee te werken en bent een belangrijke schakel in het retourproces. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat producten zorgvuldig worden gecontroleerd en op de juiste manier worden verwerkt. Als Medewerker Kwaliteitscontrole Retouren onderzoek je de conditie van televisies die om verschillende redenen zijn teruggestuurd. Soms is een bestelling niet afgeleverd, soms heeft een klant de aankoop geannuleerd en in andere gevallen is er mogelijk sprake van schade of een technisch probleem. Jij brengt de staat van ieder product in kaart en zorgt ervoor dat de uitkomsten correct worden geregistreerd. Op basis van jouw controles kan worden bepaald wat de volgende stap voor de televisie is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren van retouren: je pakt televisies uit en inspecteert het scherm, de behuizing, de verpakking en de bijbehorende accessoires op beschadigingen en ontbrekende onderdelen. - Testen van elektronica: je sluit televisies aan, controleert de werking en signaleert eventuele technische problemen. - Registreren en beoordelen: je verwerkt de resultaten van je controles in het interne systeem en bepaalt volgens vaste richtlijnen de juiste productbeoordeling. - Verwerken voor opslag: je verpakt de gecontroleerde televisies opnieuw, voorziet ze van de juiste labels en zet ze klaar op de aangewezen locatie. - Zorgdragen voor kwaliteit en veiligheid: je werkt volgens de geldende procedures, gaat zorgvuldig om met de producten en houdt je werkplek netjes en georganiseerd.
