Junior of medior Uren en salaris €2.800 tot €3.800 bruto per maand, fulltime Standplaats Enschede Kantoor in Estadio, veel vrijheid Start In overleg Loondienst, vaste plek Over Merkbouwer Leadgeneratie voor dienstverleners, van advertentie tot afspraak Merkbouwer is een bureau uit Enschede dat leads regelt voor 40 klanten in uiteenlopende branches, door heel Nederland. We bouwen en beheren de hele keten: de advertentie, de landingspagina, de tracking en de opvolging in het CRM. Alles in-house, niets uitbesteed. We zijn met vijf mensen. Geen vergadercultuur, geen rapporten die niemand leest. We kijken elke dag naar wat de campagnes opleveren en doen meer van wat werkt. AI zit daarbij in elke werkdag: het eerste werk laten we door AI doen, wij sturen op kwaliteit en resultaat. - Alles in-house. Strategie, ads, video, pagina's en techniek onder één dak. - Eén maatstaf. Leads, afspraken en omzet voor de klant, niet bereik of vertoningen. - Snel schakelen. Geen vergadercultuur, binnen twee weken staat een campagne live. Collega's van Merkbouwer aan het werk op kantoor in Enschede Wat ga je doen Eigen klanten, de hele keten Je krijgt eigen klanten en bent verantwoordelijk voor het resultaat. Dat betekent dat je de hele keten raakt, van de advertentie tot de koppeling met het CRM. Meta Ads Campagnes opzetten en bijsturen, doelgroepen en creatives testen, leadformulieren inrichten. Je verdeelt budgetten op basis van kosten per lead. Content: video, social en tekst Video-ads bedenken, opnemen en monteren, posts maken voor klanten en voor Merkbouwer zelf, advertentieteksten schrijven die aanzetten tot actie.
