Jij wordt blij van het analyseren van campagnes en het doorvoeren van optimalisaties die aantoonbaar impact maken voor de klant. Als Performance Marketeer bij eResults ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van betaalde campagnes voor uiteenlopende klanten. Je werkt datagedreven binnen de strategische richting die Marketing Managers uitzetten, experimenteert actief met nieuwe aanpakken, en werkt nauw samen met collega-specialisten. Je diepte zit in ads (SEA, social, display), maar je hebt affiniteit met de bredere marketingmix: van Search tot Social advertising zie je waar resultaat te behalen valt en zet je dit om in meetbare groei. Wat ga je doen als Performance Marketeer? In deze rol: - Zet je zelfstandig campagnes op in Google Ads en Social advertising platforms, voer je dagelijkse optimalisaties door en experimenteer je met nieuwe advertentietypes, doelgroepen en biedstrategieën - Analyseer je campagneprestaties, signaleer je afwijkingen en knelpunten, en rapporteer je helder over prestaties en verbetermogelijkheden aan je Marketing Manager en Lead Specialist - Werk je nauw samen met Marketing Managers (strategie/klantrelatie), Account Strategisten (organisatiedoelen) en Lead Specialisten SEA/Social (inhoudelijke coaching) binnen onze matrix-structuur - Denk je mee over de samenhang tussen ads en andere marketingdisciplines (SEO, content, CRO, email) en signaleer je kansen waar performance advertising breder kan bijdragen - Schakel je effectief met designers en copywriters voor ad creatives en teksten - Beheer je meerdere klanten parallel, waarbij je prioriteiten stelt en deadlines bewaakt - Ontwikkel je jezelf en het team door kennis te delen, nieuwe ontwikkelingen te volgen en mee te denken over procesverbeteringen Wanneer ben je succesvol als Performance Marketeer b...
