Deze internationale organisatie ontwikkelt innovatieve oplossingen voor een gezond en energiezuinig binnenklimaat. Vanuit Veurne worden producten en digitale toepassingen in verschillende Europese markten gelanceerd.

Je komt terecht in een marketingteam waarin ideeën, expertise en samenwerking samenkomen. Je werkt met collega’s uit content, design en digital marketing en krijgt de vrijheid om campagnes te testen, nieuwe tools te ontdekken en digitale kansen om te zetten in resultaat.

Wat ga je doen?

Je zet digitale campagnes op die de merkbekendheid vergroten, leads genereren en klanten activeren. Je combineert analyse met creativiteit en zoekt voortdurend naar manieren om campagnes sterker te maken.

  • Je beheert campagnes via Google Ads, YouTube en sociale media.
  • Je bouwt marketingautomationflows uit in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Je stemt campagnes af op customer journeys, klantprofielen en lead scoring.
  • Je test varianten en optimaliseert via A/B-testing en CRO.
  • Je stelt tracking en pixels correct in.
  • Je volgt KPI’s op, waaronder CTR, CTO, CPA, conversieratio en ROI.
  • Je vertaalt resultaten naar nieuwe ideeën en concrete verbeteringen.
  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert leadgerichte landingspagina’s.
  • Je ontdekt nieuwe kanalen, tools en digitale technologieën.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met content marketeers en grafische collega’s.

Wat breng je mee?

Je bent digitaal nieuwsgierig, denkt graag mee en krijgt energie van campagnes die blijven evolueren. Je combineert een analytische blik met een open, communicatieve werkstijl.

  • Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring in performance marketing.
  • Je kent Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, Campaign Manager en Looker Studio.
  • Je hebt ervaring met marketingautomation en dashboarding.
  • SEA, social advertising, CRO, AI en lead scoring zijn vertrouwd terrein.
  • Je haalt duidelijke acties uit dashboards en rapporten.
  • Je volgt digitale trends en deelt graag nieuwe inzichten met het team.
  • Je beheert meerdere campagnes tegelijk en bewaakt deadlines.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende specialisten.

Kennis van SEO, UX/UI, HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud, Frans of Engels is een pluspunt.
