Functieomschrijving My Jewellery groeit hard: met meer dan 1000 collega's en 60 boutiques in Nederland, België, Duitsland en Frankrijk én nieuwe markten op komst. Performance marketing is klaar voor de volgende fase: van goed naar scherp. Jij bouwt die structuur. Je stuurt een team aan, beheert miljoenenbudgetten over meerdere landen en kanalen en zorgt dat performance en merk elkaar versterken om commerciële resultaten te realiseren. Als Performance Marketing Manager bepaal je de strategie voor SEA, paid social, affiliates en display. Je blijft dicht genoeg op de uitvoering om te weten wat werkt en waar kansen liggen. Je stuurt op incrementaliteit en weet wanneer data voldoende richting geeft om beslissingen te nemen op land-, categorie- en kanaalniveau. Je maakt onze betaalde kanalen slimmer met AI-gedreven automatisering en vertaalt dit naar de dagelijkse werkwijze van het team. Internationaal denken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je begrijpt de dynamiek van volwassen én groeiende markten en weet hoe je schaal realiseert zonder het merk uit het oog te verliezen. Daarnaast werk je intensief samen met collega's van E-commerce, Retail en Inkoop. Je denkt vanuit commercieel resultaat en bouwt vanzelfsprekend bruggen tussen teams om gezamenlijk meer impact te maken.
