The posting

Als Performance Optimization Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het op peil brengen van onze dienstencheques-kantoren en hun werking. Je trekt door heel het land, brengt naslepende taken en achterstand in kaart en op orde, en zorgt ervoor dat elk kantoor optimaal draait – zodat onze consulenten zich volop kunnen focussen op hun commerciële groei.

Kantoorwerking op peil brengen:

  • Je analyseert hoe een kantoor draait en brengt de werking en processen naar een hoger niveau.
  • Je zorgt dat de basis – administratie, dossiers, opvolging – op orde staat en blijft.
  • Je maakt van goeddraaiende kantoren nog sterkere kantoren: van goed naar top.
  • Je signaleert structurele knelpunten en werkt mee aan duurzame oplossingen.

Naslepende taken en achterstand wegwerken:

  • Je gaat actief aan de slag met liggende dossiers en openstaande taken.
  • Je brengt structuur en prioriteit aan zodat achterstand niet blijft aanslepen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met jouw leidinggevende, de district manager en de consulenten van het kantoor.
  • Je bouwt mee aan werkwijzen die herval in achterstand voorkomen.

Ruimte creëren voor commerciële groei:

  • Je neemt operationele en administratieve last weg bij de consulenten.
  • Je geeft hen zo de ruimte en het hoofd om zich te focussen op klanten en groei, terwijl je zelf mee de motor bent achter die groei.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor het kantoor en denkt mee over verbetering.
  • Je geeft constructieve feedback en helpt het team vooruit.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken geen bureaumens, maar iemand die graag de baan op gaat en overal waar nodig mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt:

  • Je hebt grondige kennis van de dienstenchequesector – dit is een must.
  • Je bent vlot tweetalig NL/FR, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk – dit is een must, want je werkt zowel in Vlaanderen, Brussel & Wallonië.
  • Je bent bereid om je door heel België te verplaatsen, ook regelmatig en op verschillende locaties.
  • Je hebt een commerciële reflex en denkt mee over hoe klanten en groei verder versterkt kunnen worden.
  • Je bent sterk in structureren, organiseren en orde brengen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en bent oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent sociaal, communiceert vlot en krijgt mensen mee zonder formele hiërarchie.
  • Flexibiliteit & discretie zijn eigenschappen die je niet vreemd zijn.
