Elke openhartoperatie vraagt om een team van gespecialiseerde zorgverleners die perfect op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Als klinisch perfusionist speel je hierbij een cruciale rol. Jij bewaakt en ondersteunt de circulatie en zuurstofvoorziening van de patiënt tijdens complexe cardiale ingrepen en draagt zo rechtstreeks bij aan levensreddende zorg.

Voor een gespecialiseerde hartchirurgische omgeving zijn we dringend op zoek naar een Klinisch Perfusionist die onmiddellijk inzetbaar is.

Wat ga je doen?

Als klinisch perfusionist maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van artsen, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het bedienen en opvolgen van de hart-longmachine tijdens chirurgische ingrepen
  • Het bewaken van de circulatie en oxygenatie van de patiënt tijdens procedures
  • Het voorbereiden, controleren en onderhouden van perfusieapparatuur
  • Het ondersteunen van het chirurgisch en anesthesiologisch team tijdens operaties
  • Het correct registreren en rapporteren van uitgevoerde handelingen
  • Het deelnemen aan wachtdiensten volgens de geldende afspraken
  • Het bijdragen aan kwalitatieve en veilige patiëntenzorg volgens de geldende richtlijnen

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een deskundige en zelfstandige professional die nauwkeurig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid durft op te nemen in een hooggespecialiseerde zorgomgeving.

Daarnaast:

  • Beschik je over de titel Klinisch Perfusionist
  • Ben je volledig opgeleid en zelfstandig inzetbaar
  • Kan je op een deskundige, flexibele en creatieve manier werken
  • Beschik je over sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
  • Werk je vlot samen binnen een multidisciplinair team
  • Ben je organisatorisch sterk en kan je efficiënt plannen en prioriteiten stellen
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en behoud je het overzicht, ook in complexe situaties
  • Ben je bereid deel te nemen aan het wachtsysteem
  • Woon je binnen een straal die toelaat om binnen 30 minuten aanwezig te zijn op de campus
