Je ondersteunt zowel bestaande klanten als nieuwe prospecten bij het vinden van de juiste professionals voor vaste posities. Wat gat je doen? Als gespecialiseerde recruiter ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de uitbreiding van ons netwerk. Je bouwt actief aan je eigen business door zowel bestaande klanten als nieuwe prospecten te benaderen en duurzame relaties op te bouwen. Je leert organisaties kennen, bespreekt hun vacatures, geeft advies en maakt duidelijke afspraken over prijs en service. Daarnaast ga je op zoek naar de beste finance/logistics talenten. Je voert gesprekken, stelt kandidaten voor en volgt het proces van begin tot eind, terwijl je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging. Je krijgt de kans om je eigen netwerk en business uit te bouwen, met de ondersteuning van je team en Manpower.
