Unser Ziel ist es, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln, um Menschen mit individuellen Bedürfnissen ein selbstbestimmtes Leben zu ermöglichen. Mit einem Team von erfahrenen Menschen aus verschiedenen Bereichen arbeiten wir stetig daran, den Lebensalltag unserer Kunden zu bereichern.

Für einen jungen Kunden in 7304 Kleinwarasdorf, suchen wir für die Betreuung und Begleitung in der Freizeit, Arzttermine, Amtswege , Einkäufe, etc. 1 Persönliche Assistenz in Teilzeit von 10 Stunden!

Ihr Profil:

keine Vorkenntnisse notwendig/auch Quereinsteiger,

Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen

selbständiges, strukturiertes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten

Pünktlichkeit und Genauigkeit

hohe Belastbarkeit und Ausdauer

soziale Kompetenz und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Konfliktfähigkeit und Problemlösungsorientierung

Führerschein und PKW ist Voraussetzung und auch die Bereitschaft zu diversen Fahrten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Einzelbetreuung und Begleitung von Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen in in der Familie und Freizeit und Begleitung, bei Bedarf am Wochenende, genaue regelmäßige Online Dokumentation.
