Persönliche Assistenz bedeutet Menschen mit Behinderungen im Alltag durch manuelle Handreichungen zu unterstützen. Als Persönliche:r Assistent:in erledigen Sie jene Handgriffe, welche die behinderte Person selbst nicht ausführen kann.

Derzeit suchen wir für einen Kunden eine Assistent:in in Korneuburg, um das bestehende Team zu verstärken (erreichbar mit Schnellbahn, Bahnhof Korneuburg).

Tätigkeiten, die Unterstützung durch Persönliche Assistenz erfordern:

* Unterstützung bei der Mobilität, im Haushalt, bei der

Körperpflege

* Begleitung zu Veranstaltungen, z.B. bei Schachturnieren

* Begleitung zu Arztterminen

* Assistenz bei der Kommunikation,

* Assistenz bei der Versorgung eines Schulkindes

Sie bringen mit:

* Pünktlichkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Offenheit

* Guter Umgang mit Kindern

* Führerschein erforderlich und gute Fahrpraxis (lenken des Kundenautos)

* Körperliche Belastbarkeit

* Flexibilität auch für Wochenend- und Abenddienste

Weiteres von Vorteil:

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Computerkenntnisse

* Wohnortnähe

* Eigener PKW

Persönliche Assistent_innen benötigen in der Regel keine formalen Ausbildungen des Gesundheit- und Sozialbereiches. Sie werden von dem Kunden individuell eingeschult! Die WAG unterstützt mit einem berufsbegleitenden Fort- und Ausbildungsangebot.

Unser Angebot:

* berufsbegleitendes Fortbildungsangebot

* Arbeitsausmaß: 10 Wochenstunden

* Dienstzeiten: 1-2 Dienste pro Woche, MO-SO zw. 6 und 8 Uhr bis 14 Uhr und zwischen 16 und 18 Uhr bis 21:30 Uhr; Tage nach Vereinbarung

* Dienstverhältnis: Anstellung nach SWÖ Kollektivvertrag, Gehalt für 37 Wochenstunden mindestens 2494,30 € (Verwendungsgruppe 4/1)
