Ich, eine 50-jährige Rollifahrerin, suche ab sofort eine_n Persönliche_n Assistent_In zur Verstärkung meines bestehenden Teams.

Persönliche Assistenz bedeutet Menschen mit Behinderungen im Alltag durch manuelle Handreichungen zu unterstützen. Als Persönliche_r Assistent_In erledigen Sie jene Handgriffe, welche ich selbst nicht ausführen kann. Persönliche Assistenz ermöglicht mir ein eigenständiges und selbstbestimmtes Leben.

Derzeit suche ich ab sofort eine eine_n Assistent_In. Ich wohne im 12. Bezirk (U6-Nähe). 1 Persönliche Assistenz (m/w/d)

Aufgabengebiete:

* Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege & bei der Mobilität (Rollstuhl schieben, beim Umsetzen helfen)

* Assistenz bei Terminen außer Haus

* Unterstützung im Haushalt und Garten (z.B. Wäsche waschen, kochen, Wohnungsreinigung, Gartenarbeit)

* Unterstützung bei diversen Besorgungen (z.B. Einkaufen etc.)

* Assistenz in der Freizeit

Arbeitszeiten:

Es wird grundsätzlich eine Person gesucht, die bei mir im Haus schläft. Es besteht die Möglichkeit dieses in Blöcken von einer Woche mit anschließend eine Woche frei einzuteilen. Grundsätzlich geht es darum am Abend von 16h bis 20h mich zu unterstützen und ins Bett zu bringen, und über die Nacht nur anwesend zu sein (für den Notfall hätte ich gerne jemand im Haus) und in der Früh die Tür für den Tagdienst zu öffnen.

Anforderungsprofil:

Persönliche Assistent_Innen benötigen bei mir keine formalen Ausbildungen des Gesundheits- und Sozialbereiches. Sie werden von mir eingeschult.

Folgende Eigenschaften sollten auf Sie zutreffen:

* Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* gültige Arbeitserlaubnis (ggf.)

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende verhandlungs- und kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* mittlere körperliche Belastbarkeit (meine Erfahrung nach, ist eine gewisse körperliche Größe bei der Hebetechnik vom Vorteil)

* Sensibilität, Einfühlungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, sich auf andere Menschen einzustellen

* Zeitliche Flexibilität

* gute PC-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel,...)

Über Folgendes würde ich mich freuen:

* Pauschale €1700 Brutto (zusätzlich Nachtzulage 400 Brutto) im Monat mit 13. und 14. Gehalt (für zweieinhalb Wochen/Monat)
