Steek jij graag de handen uit de mouwen en heb je technisch inzicht? Voor onze vestiging in Sint-Gillis-Waas zijn we op zoek naar een Productiemedewerker – Perser die graag zelfstandig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Wie zoeken we?

Wie ben jij? We zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste mentaliteit. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.

Je:

  • hebt een goede fysieke conditie en schrikt niet terug van fysiek werk;
  • vindt het niet erg om in een stoffige en soms vuile werkomgeving te werken;
  • hebt technisch inzicht en denkt logisch na bij problemen;
  • kan zelfstandig werken en neemt graag initiatief;
  • bent betrouwbaar en verantwoordelijk;
  • hebt oog voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid;
  • bent bereid om bij te leren;
  • kan goed functioneren in een klein team;
  • bent flexibel naar werkuren en occasioneel zaterdagwerk;
  • hebt affiniteit met landbouw, veevoeding of grondstoffen.
  • Een achtergrond in landbouw, een landbouwschool of ervaring op een landbouwbedrijf is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

Wat bieden wij je?

Je verloning start vanaf €18 en wordt aangevuld met ploegenpremies (bv. 22% in de nachtploeg) en maaltijdcheques.

Je gaat aan de slag in drie ploegen:

  • Vroege ploeg: 6u - 14u
  • Late ploeg: 14u - 22u (op vrijdag van 15u - 21u)
  • Nachtploeg: 22u - 6u
  • Af en toe overwerken of op zaterdag inspringen vormt geen probleem

Maaltijdcheques van €7 Ploegenpremies:vroege ploeg: €0,64/uur late ploeg: €0,73/uur nacht: 22%

Na een goede interimperiode, kan je eventueel vast in dienst gaan.

Functieomschrijving

Het familiale bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het maken van kwalitatieve veevoeders en zoekt versterking van hun productieteam op lange termijn. Op onze vestiging in Sint-Gillis-Waas werk je in een klein team, waar zelfstandigheid, betrouwbaarheid en een goede werkmentaliteit belangrijk zijn.

Op onze site verwerken en persen we onder andere tarwegluten tot een volwaardige korrel. Het productieproces wordt grotendeels automatisch aangestuurd, maar jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot blijft verlopen.

Daarnaast zijn er tijdens het oogstseizoen extra activiteiten rond de ontvangst en verwerking van gerst, tarwe en maïs.

Je krijgt een volledige interne opleiding, waardoor ervaring in de veevoedersector geen must is.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt de persinstallatie in en bedient de productielijn.
  • Je volgt het productieproces op en grijpt in wanneer nodig.
  • Je regelt de toevoer van grondstoffen en stoom.
  • Je houdt de kwaliteit van het eindproduct mee in de gaten.
  • Je lost kleine technische storingen en problemen op.
  • Je houdt de machines en werkvloer netjes, ordelijk en stofvrij.
  • Je helpt tijdens het oogstseizoen bij het ontvangen, drogen en verwerken van grondstoffen.
  • Je ziet zelf welk werk er moet gebeuren en neemt hierin initiatief.
  • Omdat je op deze vestiging vaak zelfstandig binnen een kleine ploeg werkt, is het belangrijk dat je niet voortdurend aangestuurd hoeft te worden. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over het proces en moet tijdig kunnen ingrijpen wanneer er iets niet loopt zoals het hoort.
