Das Team der Offenen Kinder- und Jugendarbeit im 15. Bezirk sucht 1 Person (weiblich/männlich/divers) für 37 Stunden/Woche

Arbeitsbereiche:

* Niederschwellige Arbeit mit Kindern, Teenies, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen

* Freizeitpädagogische Angebote in offenen Betrieben und in der Parkbetreuung

* Aufsuchende Jugendarbeit

* Niederschwellige, lebensweltliche Beratung

* Gendersensible und geschlechtsspezifische Arbeit

* Digitale Kinder- und Jugendarbeit

* Dokumentation, Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Konzepten und Berichten

Wir bieten:

* Mitarbeit in einem innovativen Verein der Offenen Kinder- und Jugendarbeit in Wien

* Arbeit in einem engagierten Team

* Arbeit überwiegend nachmittags und abends bis maximal 22:00 Uhr von Montag bis Freitag

* Fachlich-professionelles Arbeitsumfeld

* Gehalt: JUVIVO entlohnt die pädagogische Tätigkeit gemäß der Verwendungsgruppe 7 des SWÖ-KV mit vereinsinternem Überzahlungsangebot. Bei einer Vordienstzeit von 3 Jahren beträgt der

Grundlohn Vollzeit (37 Std./Woche) brutto € 3.138,00 (Stand 04.2026).

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Interesse an Offener Kinder- und Jugendarbeit und niederschwelliger Arbeit mit jungen Menschen

* Freude an Kommunikation und sozialer Interaktion

* Diversitäts- und Genderkompetenz und Reflexionsfähigkeit in Bezug auf das eigene Handeln

* Offenheit im Umgang mit Social Media

* Grundkurs/Aufbaulehrgang Jugendarbeit oder eine gleich- oder höherwertige Ausbildung im

pädagogischen oder psychosozialen Bereich; je nach Bewerbungslage auch motivierte

Quereinsteiger:innen mit Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

* Unbescholtenheit in Bezug auf Verurteilungen gegen die sexuelle Integrität und Selbstbestimmung

(Strafregisterbescheinigung Kinder- und Jugendfürsorge, Allgemeine Strafregisterbescheinigung)

* Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Grundsätze der Jugendarbeit bei JUVIVO (Fachliche Konzeption,

Kinderschutz, Datenschutz, Compliance)

* Wir freuen uns über Sprachkenntnisse im Bereich Arabisch, Farsi, Dari, ...
