Als Personal Assistant ben je een praktische steun voor één van de partners en voor de organisatie als geheel. Een deel van je dag gaat op aan de administratie: het inboeken van binnenkomende leveranciersfacturen, het afzetten hiervan tegen de bijbehorende inkooporders en het controleren of de gefactureerde werkzaamheden ook daadwerkelijk zijn uitgevoerd. Het boekhoudpakket neemt het overgrote deel van dit werk voor zijn rekening, dus je hoeft eigenlijk alleen te controleren of alles goed staat. Zo nodig stem je dit af met de betrokken projectmanager, want pas als de voortgang dat toelaat gaat de factuur mee in de betaalronde. Het uitsturen van facturen richting opdrachtgevers valt ook onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

Verder stel je contracten op voor leveranciers en opdrachtgevers op basis van bestaande formats, zorg je dat alles volledig en correct is ingevuld en dat stukken bij de juiste persoon terechtkomen. Naast de administratie beheer je de agenda van de partner, verwerk je e-mails, neem je de telefoon aan en ondersteun je incidenteel bij het organiseren van een event of het boeken van een reis.

MBO+ werk- en denkniveau

Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een ondersteunende functie

Affiniteit met administratie; ervaring met een boekhoudpakket (bij voorkeur Exact) is een pré

Secuur, nauwkeurig en consequent, ook bij terugkerende taken

Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift

Redelijke kennis van de Engelse taal (lezen en schrijven)
