The posting

Ik als medisch specialist met 3 kinderen ben afhankelijk van goede hulp in het dagdagelijks functioneren. Ik ben op zoek naar een betrouwbaar iemand met hart voor kinderen die zowel mijn huishouden als de zorg voor de kinderen wil runnen.

U wordt in dienst genomen van mijn BV als personal assistent. U houdt samen met een huishoudelijke hulp het huis geheel op orde, dat behelst dagelijks poetsen, wassen en strijken. De booschappen worden aan huis bezorgd en u ruimt dat in en is het idee dat er vers gekookt wordt voor ons dagelijks.

Je haalt de kinderen uit school, brengt ze naar zwemles, logopedie en andere buitenschoolse activiteiten. We wonen op fietsafstand van school (2 straten), het zwembad ligt naast school. De kinderen 9-8-6 jaar oud kunnen allemaal zelf fietsen, voor de langere afstanden staat een elektrische bakfiets tot uw beschikking tijdens werktijden.

Huiswerk kunnen begeleiden en een boel geduld zijn essentieel.

De oudste zal 2x per week gevoerd moeten worden met een 15 minuten durende autorit, het hebben van een rijbewijs en eigen auto ter beschikking is essentieel. U wordt vergoed voor de gereden KM volgens het officiële maximale forfait voor de kilometervergoeding.

Verder zal er soms ingeslapen moeten worden op de momenten dat ik als dokter met wacht in het ziekenhuis ben, u eet dan met een kinderen, legt ze op bed, kleed ze 's morgens weer aan en brengt ze naar school. Effectief is dit ongeveer 2-3x per maand.

Verloning en salaris verlopen via mijn sociale secretariaat. Salaris is bespreekbaar.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die zich met hart en ziel wil inzetten om alles soepel te laten verlopen in ons huishouden, en voor mij als mama het huishouden geheel glad wil strijken. Ervaring met kinderen en een hart voor kinderen is een pre.

Wij zijn een bewust christelijk gezin. Iemand die dat respecteert is essentieel. Iemand die dat ook zo beleeft is nog prettiger maar niet essentieel.
