Over het bedrijf: Een bank met een stevige reputatie in regio Brussel zoekt een Personal Banker die particuliere klanten begeleidt bij sparen, beleggen en vermogensopbouw. Het kantoor staat dicht bij zijn klanten en hecht veel belang aan een persoonlijke, toegankelijke aanpak.

Jobomschrijving

In deze rol combineer je advies met een warme, persoonlijke aanpak. Je informeert klanten helder over de beschikbare oplossingen en bouwt zo aan een langdurige, betrouwbare relatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Marktinzicht: Je blijft op de hoogte van economische en financiële ontwikkelingen en gebruikt deze inzichten om klanten te informeren over kansen en risico's.
  • Cross-selling: Je herkent opportuniteiten binnen je portefeuille en speelt hier klantgericht op in om de relatie te verdiepen.
  • Opvolging van beleggingen: Je volgt de beleggingen van klanten actief op en stuurt bij waar nodig om hun doelstellingen te blijven ondersteunen.
  • Relatieopbouw: Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten door vertrouwen te creëren en hen persoonlijk te begeleiden bij hun financiële plannen.
  • Administratieve opvolging: Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende richtlijnen en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van de klantendossiers.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug en wil je nu verder verdiepen en doorgroeien binnen het vak.
  • Je bent klantgericht, betrouwbaar en oplossingsgericht in je aanpak.
  • Je analyseert financiële informatie vlot en kan deze op een begrijpelijke manier toelichten aan klanten.
  • Je denkt proactief mee en zoekt steeds naar oplossingen die aansluiten bij de situatie van de klant.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
