Commercieel sterk, maar liever échte klantenrelaties dan blind producten pushen?

Voor een gevestigde bankspeler in regio Waregem zoeken we een Personal Banker Business die ondernemers begrijpt, opportuniteiten ziet en graag een duurzame klantenportefeuille uitbouwt.

Je komt terecht in een lokale structuur met de slagkracht van een grote organisatie, maar met de nabijheid van een regionale werking. Ideaal voor iemand die autonomie belangrijk vindt, maar tegelijk graag kan sparren met collega’s.

Wat ga je doen?

Je begeleidt zelfstandigen, vrije beroepen en KMO-klanten in hun financieel verhaal.

Concreet:

• Je beheert en ontwikkelt een eigen klantenportefeuille

• Je voert commerciële en adviserende gesprekken met ondernemers

• Je detecteert opportuniteiten en verwijst gericht door naar specialisten

• Je bouwt actief relaties uit in de lokale markt

• Je neemt deel aan business events en netwerkmomenten

• Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit andere expertisedomeinen

• Je begeleidt klanten professioneel rond kredieten en financiële oplossingen

Je bent dus niet gewoon “een bankmedewerker”. Je wordt een vaste gesprekspartner voor ondernemers in de regio.

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, maar begrijpt dat vertrouwen opbouwen belangrijker is dan snelle scores.
  • • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • • Je hebt ervaring met kredieten voor zelfstandigen en bedrijven
  • • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht

  • • Je legt vlot contacten en onderhoudt relaties op lange termijn
