  • Relaties opbouwen: je leert je cliënten écht kennen en begeleidt hen bij belangrijke financiële keuzes.
  • Portefeuille laten groeien: je beheert een rendabele portefeuille en bouwt ze verder uit via advies, vertrouwen en proactieve opvolging.
  • Advies op maat: je plant gesprekken, analyseert situaties en biedt oplossingen die passen bij de ambities van je cliënten.
  • Netwerk versterken: je bent zichtbaar in de regio en trekt nieuwe klanten aan via prospectie en lokale contacten.
  • Samenwerken met experts: je werkt nauw samen met je branch lead, commercieel assistent en collega‑bankers.

Wie jij bent

  • Je hebt een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de financiële sector of kennis van beleggingen en basiskennis kredieten.
  • Je bent sterk verankerd in de regio en bouwt graag aan je netwerk.
  • Je bent empathisch, integer en sterk in luisteren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en bent tweetalig NL/FR.
