Ihre Aufgaben:

* Durch den regelmäßigen Austausch mit Ihren Kund_innen sind Sie stets über aktuelle Personalbedarfe und offene Positionen informiert.

* Sie besuchen Unternehmen vor Ort, lernen die Arbeitsplätze kennen und gewinnen wertvolle Einblicke

* Gemeinsam mit dem Team betreuen Sie den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess: von der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen über die Durchführung von Bewerbungsgesprächen bis hin zur laufenden Kommunikation mit Bewerber_innen.

* Sie pflegen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und bauen diese nachhaltig aus.

* Sie identifizieren und gewinnen neue Kund_innen und Geschäftspartner.

* Sie betreuen unseren Bewerberpool aus Hilfs- und Fachkräften und vermitteln passende Kandidat_innen erfolgreich an unsere Kundenunternehmen.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Engagement und Flexibilität

* Sicheres, sympathisches Auftreten und Freude am Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen

Entlohnung:

* Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt mindestens € 2.400,-. Je nach Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und Ausbildung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
