Wir unterstützen, begleiten und beraten Personen bei Ihrem (Wieder-)Einstieg ins Berufsleben. 1 Personalberater_in im arbeitsmarktpolitischen Kontext (Wien & NÖ) Vollzeit, ab sofort

Bürostandorte: 1200 & Wiener Neustadt

Deine Aufgaben

* Berufs- und sozialpädagogische Beratung unserer Teilnehmer_innen im Einzel- und Gruppensetting

* Du unterstützt unsere Teilnehmer_innen mit Motivationsarbeit, Berufsorientierung, Perspektivenentwicklung und Aktivitätenplanung bis zur erfolgreichen Jobvermittlung

* Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Qualifizierungsstrategien

* Aktive Gewinnung von Unternehmen für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit und deren professionelle Betreuung während der Personalsuche (proaktive Firmenkundenakquise und Betreuung)

* Mit dem nötigen Feingefühl findest du so den perfekten Match für Bewerber_innen und Unternehmen

* Dokumentationen der Beratungs- und Vermittlungstätigkeiten sowie Administration der Arbeitskräfteüberlassungen

Dein Profil

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Sozialbereich (z.B. Pädagogik, Soziale Arbeit, Lebens- und Sozialberatung, etc.) und/oder eine Ausbildung zum Trainer_in/Coach_in ODER

* Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Personaldienstleistung/Arbeitskräfteüberlassung und/oder als Berater_in im arbeitsmarktpolitischen Kontext

* Wenn du ein Gender- und Diversity-Zertifikat hast, ist das ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt

* Kommunikationsgeschick, Organisationstalent, effizientes Zeitmanagement und Zielorientierung sind deine Stärken

* Du hast Freude daran Menschen zu unterstützen und deine sozialen sowie interkulturellen Kompetenzen in die Beratung einfließen zu lassen

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Datenbanken, etc.) runden dein Profil ab

Für die Position gilt ein Mindestgrundgehalt für 38 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) von 3.128,82 € (KV BABE, VB 4a). Je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten ist die Einstufung in eine höhere Stufe vorgesehen.
