Bei globe personal services begleiten wir Unternehmen in Österreich bei der Besetzung anspruchsvoller Fach- und Führungspositionen, vor allem in Handel & Retail, Industrie & IT. Wir verstehen uns nicht als Lieferant von Lebensläufen, sondern als langfristiger Beratungspartner unserer Kunden.

Als Senior Personalberater:in sind Sie erste Ansprechperson für Geschäftsführer:innen und HR-Entscheider:innen. Sie verstehen Geschäftsmodelle, entwickeln Suchstrategien und geben Ihren Kunden eine ehrliche Einschätzung des Arbeitsmarktes. Auch dann, wenn diese unbequem ist.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Sie beraten Geschäftsführer:innen und HR-Verantwortliche zu Anforderungsprofilen, Vergütung, Marktlage und Suchstrategie

* Sie steuern Suchmandate eigenverantwortlich vom Briefing bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

* Sie führen Interviews, beurteilen Kandidat:innen und begleiten den Auswahlprozess als Sparringspartner für beide Seiten

* Sie bauen Ihr eigenes Kundenportfolio auf und entwickeln bestehende Accounts weiter

* Sie erkennen neue Geschäftschancen und gewinnen aktiv neue Kunden

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Consultant-Team

Was Sie mitbringen:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalberatung, im Executive Search oder in einer vergleichbaren beratungsintensiven B2B-Rolle

* Sie sind es gewohnt, mit Geschäftsführer:innen und Entscheider:innen auf Augenhöhe zu sprechen

* Freude an Akquise und daran, Kundenbeziehungen langfristig aufzubauen

* Unternehmerisches Denken, Verhandlungssicherheit und ein souveränes Auftreten

* Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise mit wirtschaftlichem oder personalbezogenem Schwerpunkt, oder vergleichbare Erfahrung

* Ein erfahrenes Research-Team übernimmt Kandidatenidentifikation und Marktanalysen. Ihr Fokus liegt auf Beratung und Kundenmanagement

* Sie bauen Ihr eigenes Kundenportfolio auf und haben viel Gestaltungsspielraum

* Kurze Entscheidungswege und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

* Hybrides Arbeiten und ein modernes Büro in Wien mit Blick auf das Riesenrad

Vergütung & Entwicklung:

* Mindestgehalt beträgt 3.000 € brutto plus überdurchschnittliches Provisionsmodell

* Direkte Beteiligung an jeder erfolgreichen Vermittlung

* Keine Deckelung Ihrer Provisionen: Ihr Erfolg bestimmt Ihr Einkommen

* Perspektive auf den Ausbau eines eigenen Marktsegments und weiterführende Führungsverantwortung
