Wir wollen in Oberösterreich weiter wachsen - dafür suchen wir Dich als Personalberater (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder in Teilzeit mit mindestens 30,0h pro Woche. Deinen Arbeitsort stimmen wir flexibel mit dir ab.

DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN:

- Als Personalberater bist DU der Botschafter unserer Arbeitgebermarke - wertschätzend, zuverlässig, empathisch, ehrlich und vertrauensvoll. - Du entwickelst proaktiv neue Kundenbeziehungen im Raum Oberösterreich. - Du matchst geeignete Kandidaten mit den Zielvorstellungen des Kunden unter Einbeziehung von Anzeigendaten - In enger Absprache mit unseren Auftraggebern erstellst Du fachliche und persönliche Anforderungsprofile und entwickelst anschließend selbstständig eine Rekrutierungsstrategie: Du bist der Prozesstreiber. - Du pflegst dein Netzwerk aus Kandidaten und Kunden und verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting Prozess bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung - Du erstellst professionell aufbereitete Kandidatenprofile und leitest diese an unsere Auftraggeber weiter.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung. - In deiner beruflichen Laufbahn konntest du mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung sammeln. - Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke zeichnen deinen Arbeitsstil aus. Du gehst Themen aktiv an, erkennst Chancen und setzt diese eigenständig um. - Du hast Freude am Vertrieb und daran neue Kundenkontakte aufzubauen. - Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. - Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus. - Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und professionelles Auftreten. - Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird aliquot entsprechend dem vereinbarten Stundenausmaß und der anrechenbaren Vordienstjahre berechnet. Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung selbstverständlich vorgesehen.
