Du koordinierst gerne, behältst auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen einen kühlen Kopf und sorgst dafür, dass die richtigen Mitarbeiter:innen zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind? Dann bist du bei uns richtig!

Deine Aufgaben:

* Adaptieren der Dienstpläne unter Verwendung des firmeneigenen Planungstools

* Verwaltung von Abwesenheiten und Fehlzeiten

* Erste Ansprechperson unserer Mitarbeiter:innen sowie laufender persönlicher und telefonischer Austausch mit dem Team

* Auskünfte über akute Änderungen des Dienstplans sowie rasche Nachbesetzung bei Personalausfällen

* Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten

Stellenanforderungen

Das bringst du mit:

* Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend-, Feiertags- und Nachtdiensten

* Verlässlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Menschenkenntnis

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Outlook, Excel)

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Erfahrung im Bereich Personaleinteilung und Grundkenntnisse in Arbeits- und Ruhezeitgesetzen von Vorteil

(zzgl. allfällige Zulagen) angepasst.
