Die EWS Consulting GmbH ist seit 1994 im Bereich erneuerbare Energie tätig und ist eines der führenden europäischen Planungsbüros im Windenergiesektor.

DEIN ZUKÜNFTIGER UND SPANNENDER AUFGABENBEREICH

- Hauptverantwortung für Recruiting Prozesse: von der Erstellung der Jobinserate bis hin zur Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen sorgst du für gelungene Onboarding-Prozesse

- Koordination der Personalprozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles: Bearbeitung sämtlicher Vertragsänderungen, unter Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher und kollektivvertraglicher Vorgaben

- Anlaufstelle für alle Kolleg:innen: mit deiner offenen und vertrauensvollen Art bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle und nimmst Themen auf

- Unterstützung unserer Führungskräfte: in allen Personalfragen bietest du lösungsorientiert Support

- Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen: diverse Schulungen sowie Teamevents werden von dir organisiert, du erweiterst stets das Angebot an Benefits und Gesundheitsfördernden Maßnahmen

- Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau unserer Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit der internen Lohnverrechnung

HIER IST KNOW-HOW UND ERFAHRUNG GEFRAGT

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, Hochschule, Studium), abgeschlossene Personalverrechner-Prüfung von Vorteil, mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen

- Gute IT-Kenntnisse (BMD von Vorteil, sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office - insb. Excel und Word)

- Gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einen vertrauensvollen Umgang mit sensiblen personenbezogenen Daten

- Eine strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen
