Die FH Salzburg beschäftigt an ihren vier Standorten - Campus Urstein, Campus Kuchl, Campus Uniklinikum Salzburg, Campus Schwarzach - rund 450 Mitarbeiter*innen. In 21 Bachelor- und 16 Masterstudiengängen werden 3.400 Studierende in den Departments Angewandte Sozialwissenschaften, Business and Tourism, Creative Technologies, Gesundheitswissenschaften, Design and Green Engineering und Information Technologies and Digitalisation ausgebildet. Zur Mitarbeit im Team der Personalverrechnung suchen wir eine teamfähige und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hohem Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Loyalität. 3 Personalverrechner_in

Aufgaben

* Durchführung der Gehaltsverrechnung

* Betreuung des Zeitsystems und Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Abwicklung

* Ansprechpartner*in für Fragen zur Gehaltsverrechnung und Zeitsystem

* Zusammenarbeit mit HR Legal Management

* Digitalisierung von internen Prozessen (Personalakt, Zeitsystem, etc.)

* Kommunikation mit Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern

* Allgemeine personaladministrative Aufgaben

Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura

* Mind. 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Abgeschlossene Personalverrechnungsprüfung

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Word

* Interesse an und Affinität zu Zahlen und Tabellen

* Sage DPW-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Selbstständiges und genaues Arbeiten

* Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

* Der Position entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Angebot

Stundenausmaß: 40 Wochenstunden

Dienstort: Campus Urstein

Beginn: ehestmöglich / nach Vereinbarung

Dotierung: ab € 55.118,- Bruttojahresgehalt bei 40 Wochenstunden (Dotierung unter Berücksichtigung der Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung)

Befristung: unbefristete Position
