Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als 1 PERSONALVERRECHNER_IN Linz - 38 Std - ab sofort

Ihre Rolle im Team:

* In dieser Position sind Sie mitverantwortlich für die gesamte Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.

* Ebenso übernehmen Sie die laufende Personaladministration (u.a. Reisekostenabrechnung, Zeiterfassung, Sozialleistungen).

* Sie pflegen und aktualisieren unser digitales Personalverwaltungssystem und erstellen Auswertungen.

* Darüber hinaus fungieren Sie sowohl intern, als auch extern als Ansprechpartner:in für sämtliche Personalbelange.

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

* Sie haben eine abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie eine positiv absolvierte Personalverrechnerprüfung.

* Sie konnten bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung sammeln und verfügen idealerweise über Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialrecht.

* Excel-Kenntnisse sowie eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität setzen wir voraus, Erfahrung in Sage DPW ist von Vorteil.

* Eine strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise, Diskretion sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
