Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer 1 Personalverrechner_in > 30 Wochenstunden Zur Erweiterung unseres Verwaltungsteams suchen wir eine_n Personalverrechner_in in Kremsmünster für 30 Std./Woche.

Lebensraum Heidlmair GmbH entwickelt in Zusammenarbeit mit der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe individuelle Hilfssysteme, um Kinder, Jugendliche und deren Herkunftsfamilien in einer bestimmten Lebensphase professionell und innovativ zu begleiten. In dieser Lebensphase bieten wir dem Kind einen sicheren Ort und unterstützen das Familiensystem auf seinem Weg zur Veränderung.

Wir setzen auf ein motiviertes Team, flache Hierarchien und eine offene Unternehmenskultur.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Selbstständige Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für ca. 350 Mitarbeitende pro Monat

* Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Meldungen, Auswertungen und Bescheinigungen

* Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen, Änderungs- und Abrechnungsgrundlagen

* Ansprechpartner_in für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und Behörden

* Unterstützung bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

* Mitarbeit bei Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungsvorhaben im Personalbereich

* Pflege der Personalstammdaten

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen/Lohnverrechnung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung, idealerweise in einem ähnlichen Umfeld

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Abrechnungssoftware

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Datenschutzbewusstsein

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
