Wir suchen ab sofort eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die Personalverrechnung. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position betreuen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleg:innen unterschiedliche Unternehmensbereiche - von Pflegehäusern und mobiler Pflege über Kindergärten bis hin zu Verwaltung, Haustechnik, Reinigung und dem MOMO Kinderpalliativzentrum. 1 Personalverrechner:in 35-37 Wochenstunden

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Eigenständige Übernahme der kompletten Durchführung der monatlichen Personalverrechnung

* Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräfte bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen

* Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Übermittlung von Meldungen an ÖGK, Finanzamt und Behörden

* Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Exekutionsangelegenheiten

* Umsetzung gesetzlicher sowie kollektivvertraglicher Änderungen

* Erstellung von arbeitsrechtlichen Vereinbarungen

* Erstellung von Reports sowie Auswertungen und Statistiken

* Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten im HR-Bereich

Ihre Qualifikation:

* Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Personalverrechnungsprüfung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht

* Praxis in der eigenverantwortlichen Abwicklung von Personalverrechnungsagenden

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Praktische Erfahrung mit dem System DPW, (Vivendi von Vorteil)

* Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Zahlenverständnis

* Freude an der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen

* Belastbarkeit und Verlässlichkeit auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen
