Was Sie bei uns erwartet:

* Übernahme der gesamten Verantwortung mit allen dazugehörigen Arbeiten und Aufgaben im Personalwesen

* Abarbeiten der Bewerbungsprozesse sowie Filtern und Terminkoordination mit der Geschäftsführung und den Bewerber_innen

* Wartung und Kontrolle der täglichen Arbeitszeitaufzeichnungen über ERP System sowie Urlaubsverwaltung und Erstellen von Arbeits- und Schichtpläne

* Vorbereitung für die monatliche Lohnabrechnung durch das Steuerberatungsbüro

* Verwaltung des Mitarbeiter_innenkalenders und Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Belange der Belegschaft

* Verwaltung des Zutrittssystems: Vergabe der Berechtigungen, Schlüsselverwaltung, Erstellen und Warten der Barcodekarten für Zeiterfassung

* Ansprechperson für interne und externe Abrechnungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberatungsbüro

* Begleitung aller personaltechnischen Angelegenheiten vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt

Mit diesem Background sind Sie bei uns richtig:

* Sie haben die Fachprüfung Personalverrechnung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und daraus resultierende Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrechts- sowie Lohnverrechnung

* Sie haben eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lohnverrechnung und fundierte Erfahrung im Personalwesen

* Sie besitzen starke organisatorische Kompetenz und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung

* Sie haben eine gewissenhafte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

* Sie besitzen sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse und haben einen sicherer Umgang mit berufsbezogenen IT-Anwendungen

* Sie sind eine positive und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, belastbar und stets zuverlässig

* Sie haben eine hohe soziale Kompetenz und die notwendige Diskretion

* Attraktives Gehalt ab € 3.300 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis

(Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich)

* Teilzeit- (ab 22 Wochenstunden) bis Vollzeitbeschäftigung
