In der Personalverrechnung sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Mitarbeiter:innen jeden Monat ihre Abrechnung korrekt und pünktlich erhalten und behältst dabei auch die gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Blick. Mit deiner Arbeit hältst du unseren Mitarbeiter:innen den Rücken frei und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag für das, was bei uns im Mittelpunkt steht: Menschen zu begleiten, zu unterstützen und ihnen ein selbstbestimmtes Leben zu ermöglichen.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine Personalverrechner:in für unser Headquarter in Graz - Reininghaus für 20 Wochenstunden. 1 Personalverrechner/in

Deine Aufgaben

* Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsverrechnung inkl. Sonderzahlungen, Zulagen, Überstunden, Reisekosten und Abgaben

* Betreuung der Personaladministration von Ein- und Austritten

* Abwicklung unterschiedlicher Teilzeit- und Arbeitszeitmodelle wie z.B. Altersteilzeit, Sabbaticals, Wiedereingliederungsteilzeit

* Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen zu Abrechnung, Sozialversicherung und Personaladministration

* Kommunikation mit Ämtern, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern sowie Abwicklung relevanter Meldungen und Förderungen

* Erstellung personalrelevanter Schreiben

* Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten und Auswertungen

Dein Profil

* Erfolgreich abgelegte Personalverrechnungsprüfung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, idealerweise mit BMD NTCS

* Gute Kenntnisse MS Office (v. a. Excel)

* Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und ein genauer, strukturierter Arbeitsstil

* Kommunikationsfreude und Teamorientierung

Das Bruttogehalt nach SWÖ-KV (VWG 6) beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis (37 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 2.867,20 und € 3.294,10 pro Monat.
