Renommierte Steuerberatungskanzlei in 1060 Wien sucht 1 Personalverrechner/in Teilzeit 20-30 Stunden (Aufstockung möglich), im Rahmen Montag-Donnerstag 9-17h, Freitag bis 12h, nach Vereinbarung

Wir bieten eine langfristige Stelle in einer renommierten Steuerberatungskanzlei mit einer familiären und wertschätzenden Teamkultur.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst: Durchführung der laufenden Lohnverrechnung, Berechnung und Meldung der monatlichen Abgaben und in weiterer Folge bei Interesse die Übernahme von laufenden Mandantenbuchhaltungen diverser Branchen.

Persönliche Eigenschaften:

engagiertes und genaues Arbeiten, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, teamorientiert, fortbildungsinteressiert, zuverlässig

Kenntnisse:

Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK-Abschluss oder ähnlicher Abschluss) oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Personalverrechnung

Software:

MS Office, BMD NTCS von Vorteil

Spezielle Kenntnisse:

Einschlägige Berufserfahrung (vorzugsweise bei einem Steuerberater) von Vorteil

gefragte Berufliche und fachliche Kompetenzen:

Buchhaltung

Erfassung von Buchhaltungsbelegen

Erfassung von Personalverrechnungsbelegen

Genauigkeit

Lohnverrechnungsprogramme

Personalverrechnung

Prüfung von Personalverrechnungsbelegen

Steuerberatung

Teamfähigkeit

Vorbereitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
