Arbeitszeit: Teilzeitanstellung (ab 25 h/Woche)

Entlohnung: ab € 3.800 brutto/Monat (bei VZ) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung

* Betreuung der Zeitwirtschaft sowie Verwaltung von An- und Abwesenheiten

* Prüfung und Abrechnung von Reisekosten

* Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in lohnsteuer-, arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

* Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Sozialversicherungsträgern und anderen externen Stellen

* Durchführung des behördlichen Meldewesens

* Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Erstellung von HR-Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken

* Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten im Payroll-Bereich

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnerprüfung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Erfahrung mit gängigen Personalverrechnungssystemen von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

* Diskretion, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein ausgeprägter Servicegedanke

* Teilzeitanstellung (ab 25 h/Woche)

* Montag - Freitag mit Gleitzeitmodell
