Ihre Aufgaben:

* Selbstständige Betreuung eigener Klienten in der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung verschiedener Branchen mit unterschiedlichen Kollektivverträgen

* Klientenberatung in arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen

* Erstellung von Lohnbudgets

* Serviceorientierte sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Persönlicher Kontakt mit Behörden, Ämtern und Banken

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS o.ä.)

* Bestandene Personalverrechnungsprüfung (WIFI oder AWS)

* erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei

* DPW Sage, BMD-NTCS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Einen geübten Umgang mit MS-Office setzen wir voraus

* Gute Arbeitsrechtskenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Sie bringen ein herzliches, kommunikatives und teamorientiertes Wesen mit

* Dienstzeit: Vollzeit/Teilzeit - Wochenstundenanzahl nach Absprache mit Dienstgeber innerhalb der Rahmenarbeitszeit

* Dienstort: Wien

* Dienstbeginn: ab sofort

* Gehalt: Das Jahresbruttogehalt beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis (40 Wochenstunden) je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ab € 49.000,- brutto jährlich.
